Die-Cut Skunks

Lots and lots of skunks. These are pieced together using diecuts from a Cricut machine. Thanks to my friend for cutting them out and sending them to me. I put them together last night. They will go on my skunk tea table in April. I'm sure I'll post more photos then of the tea.

Fairly New Book Group

Hey All, Just want to invite you to my book group on Goodreads.com. It's called All About Animals. Go here: http://www.goodreads.com/group/show/74638-all-about-animals 

This group was started in Aug. of 2012 so fairly new. We are really starting to get the conversations going now. The group suggest different books each month and then we vote on it. The top two picks is what we read. You can pick one or both to discuss.

I always leave the threads on the site for back books, so if you'd like to discuss those, just start posting. You can find them on the Bookshelf on the Homepage.

Would love to have more members talking about the book picks. We pick any books on any type of animal, reptitles, sea life, and birds. As long as the main character is about those topics or their in the book alot it can be up for selection.

I made this bookmark from index prints. I was trying it out but will take about 8 to 10 pictures in a roll that I want on my bookmark. Then cut them out in strips. I like to do two strips on each side. Then put laminate paper over it and on the back. Punch hole on top, add a ribbon. You got your own personal bookmark.

When it's nice outside I like to sit on the lawn chair and read a book.

Love it when the ducks bob their heads down in the water and the only thing sticking out is their feet.

We have these two trash cans outside to put everything in. Most times we do fill up two bags to put out in to the trash.

I bought this at the arts & crafts show about a year or so ago and have it hung in my scrapbook room.

What could be better than spam, eggs, muffin, and a cup of coffee?

I know you may say an omlet or some fried potatoes, or even cereal. Those are all good too. I mostly have yogurt in the mornings with coffee, but sometimes I just have to have something else.

Love chocolate and these chocolate covered pretzels and chocolate wafers are delicious. Yum!

I did take this photo awhile ago but think it's funny. It's of my dog and a coloring book called "Over the Hedge". I just think they look like they both have big eyes and they matched with the same look. LOL
