Feb. 29th ...Leap Year and Rufus Featured today...

Why do they add an extra day today? "This day is added to the calendar in leap years as a corrective measure, because the earth does not orbit around the sun in precisely 365 days." I got this information from Wikipedia If you want to read more about leap year.

What's so special about leap year? Well, two things...
1. It only comes around every four years,
2. My dog is featured in daily puppy online. Today Rufus is featured here....Daily Puppy Rufus

Check it out and vote for him by leaving biscuts on the biscut scale below his photos.

Feb. 16th - Taking a Walk

I'm taking my older dog for a walk. He's lost a few pounds and has been able to play a little bit better now. I've been kind of slacking with the walking since the weather is cold but I need to get back into doing it no matter what. Exercise is so important with health issues.
